I am not trying to be a jerk. However, we have a bunch of punters from out of town seeking suggestions for AMP and independents. There are dozens of suggestions just in the last couple of months. Please read the forum back a couple of months before posting requests for rub and tug recommendations.

Saw Lulu again today. Second verse, same as the first, except maybe a little better. The first visit, she gave a business card that serves as a punch card. Ten red Chinese stamps on the card and you get a free massage. It also lets her know that you are a repeat customer. I don't know if she gives it to everyone, or just "the good ones" after the session. In any case, I laid the card with $. 5 on the table. All she said was, is this for me? No negotiating, no panties and some licking of the boys. For now, still my go to place. Brown and Country Club.

Given the demographics of most of the population are peaceful law abiding armed citizens, which coincidentally has nothing to do with race (because all people are created equal under the constitution), and that there are no drug criminal enterprises, no gangs, in Prescott. There are about twice as many LE as needed to keep the peace in that area. Thus, there will always be stings and investigations such as the above. Moreover, the population of Prescott is not enough to support a decent provider base. There needs to be ideally 500,000 people minimum to support a wide array of permanent providers to service the population. Being a small city, Prescott will never reach this level.

On the other hand, a city such as Phoenix needs at least 3 if not 4 LE employees per thousand to maintain safety due to its demographics being vastly more dangerous than Prescott. That is why all the providers stay in Maricopa County and at least mostly avoid Scottsdale because Scottsdale has the demographics (rich, law abiding people) which is set for high level enforcement.

If you don’t understand the abbreviations we use, you should google on slang meanings of terms posted.

The big Flamingo 2 sign went down and did not return. There's little else available in the area, nothing worthwhile in my experience as of last year. Maybe someone else has more recent info.
