I have been changing up my approach since the site has turned "legit" and sometimes women can get spooked if they are not ready to enter the sugar bowl. Often they don't even know what they want to be compensated. LOL First date is only meet and greet for me. We talk goals, expectations, schedules and such. I often leave it open at the end and if I enjoyed that time I spent, I reach out a few days later and suggest another date and that is when we get into more specifics. I am finding lately, the more casual, non anxious approach seems to work. I have my own place so I never have to worry about anyone hosting.

Also reddit have a few forums geared towards this lifestyle that I have found helpful, including an average PPM for many of the larger cites in the US and abroad. FYI, Cleveland / Toledo / Columbus are all 250-350 average so that is were I tend to land, regardless of what they are asking or expecting.
