And he was off duty out of his jurisdiction and used to own weapon to shoot at me when there was no weapon on me or in my car, and there was no one in the car except me so there was no threat towards him when he shot at me 4 times and almost killed me and the detective over the case said himself if I would have died that day he would have been charged with 1st degree murder which is one of the reasons theyr pursuing aggravated assualt w a deadly weapon charges on him now. And those 2 guys and 1 girl that were in the car that day I didn't hardly know that guy and his girlfriend and the other guy was my new boyfriend I had only been with for a few weeks after being single for a year after getting out of a 4 year relationship. Iv never had a pimp and never will. People assume things they know nothing about. But anyways needless to say I'm not dating him any longer and haven't seen the other 2 since that day. How did he find out about me. Well he asked my girlfriend who she was dating. And discribed the problem. Another few days later a secondary officer tailed the first. And they fired him after 3 weeks the judge put a restraining order out on him at no charge from the courts so the son of a ***** would keep a distance. He is now a night security guard probably for life.
Point is we did not ask for that drama. It showed up on our doorstep unwanted. My very beautiful girlfriend could have been hauled into the back seat of a cruiser and assaulted with the way that guy was going easily with his guns. And I do mean plural! It took a LOT of attorney and a REALLY pissed off judge to get them to do their fucking job and retrieve estate property that rightfully belonged to my family in the first place.

Many of the girls I see may have spouses, significant others, boyfriends, etc, but as long as I don't see or know anything about them, I can in my own mind pretend there's nothing to worry about. That said, four rounds is most certainly not an unintentional discharge and was most likely not self-defense or this guy wouldn't have been fired or be under criminal investigation.
Also, his story that he was off duty, engaged in an "investigation," but won't say what the nature of the investigation was, is total bullshit.
That said, I seriously doubt that he just suddenly decided to whip his gun out and start firing shots.
SOMETHING went down to provoke that.
I don't know what that something was and I've no intention of personally finding out.

Its got a slight resistance in the trigger pull and resultant secondary portion of the trigger that gets actuated in the trigger itself that's supposed to keep it "safe". The company's slant is "never chamber a round til you are serious". I sold the thing back to the place I bought it. But they are relatively inexpensive and have a rep of well manufactured.
