I have used them in the past on a very limited basis primarily due to cost. It is GFE and the girls are reliable. As far as I know, it is exclusively out all, which adds at least $100 to the bottom line. So, it can be very expensive if done frequently. I am guessing this is a billing issue on the provider's end (ie gallery listing is more expensive). If you go far enough back in the GALLERY mode, it will reset once you get one month back. Then you get the others that are only featured in DATE mode. Not sure if this makes sense, but essentially you need to use DATE mode and put in some time.
This has nothing to do with your browser. Its all about how much you are paying for the ad. When you opt for pics and repeat display in a day, you get preference. Just like google. You pay to google to be in the top list on first page no matter how crappy the products are. I know this because I work in a IT company that has this background.
Try creating a post in BP so you will get the clear picture.
