When the box arrives, refuse to sign for it. If left by USPS you can mark "return to sender." If left unsigned by Fed Ex or UPS you can do the same or just throw it out. There is no proof of delivery without a sig. Credit card company will credit you for the fee amount. I have had to do so on more *normal* product orders and they are very good about consumer protection. Just a thought in case you don't get a phone back in reasonable time, you should get your money back.

I am more than a little ticked off, that once again Indy has proved itself to be smalltime, a market not ready for prime time. It is why we almost lost our NFL franchise because for years we couldn't sell out home games for TV, why we don't have MLB and why we will soon be relegated to watching the NBDL.
