And if your in the room with a "real provider" they need a warrant to enter unless the management requests that they assist in the eviction of the girl etc. They cannot break down the door or enter the room unless there is a reason, not a suspicion.

In one case with a girl I know they knocked on the door because the management was suspicious of (Drug) activity in the room. They knocked, the girl and the monger got dressed, she answered the door they started questioning the guy and told him if he left and didn't return they would not trespass him. (He left,probably with his pants wet) The hotel wanted her evicted, meanwhile the cops see her boyfriend loitering in the parking lot they get the girl to call him and he returns to the room he is in possession of Oxycodone. They call for a policewoman , she assists the girl in packing her possessions and observes a box of Hypodermic needles with her clothes and so she and her boyfriend went off to jail with the Alt.Springs.P.D. On drug and paraphernalia charges .
In any case you (as the monger) are fine as long as you do not get intimidated by LE and run off at the mouth.

Truth be known all guys who get arrested in this game, did it to themselves in one way or another.

I know some guy will disagree with that because "he heard" this story or that story but the truth is there has to be some evidence that a crime has been committed---no yak,yak,yak no crime,no crime no arrest.

I didn't get the sense that they got the "Pastor" who obviously is a dumb FLOCK or at least leads one, on C/L's Adult section, but rather got nailed by a trolling detective who probably posted an ad in one of the personal categories.

A lot of these posts want you to send your pic and some even want "package pics", a lot are Spam . Legit girls on here don't want nude pics etc, they are on there for their own reasons.

The literal definition of pimping, is why girls's drivers can get charged with pimping, which is a felony. The solicitation is only a misdeameanor for the girl. Something to think about. You're driving a girl and getting paid for it. You know exactly what you're doing; not like a taxi just taking a fare. Therefore, you're getting income off of an escort's earnings.

Also, renting out a room can get you charged with pimping. If you know what's going on, and why it's going on. They can get you with that charge, as well.

If you let a girl use your home to work from you can be charged with operating a house of ill repute LOL or entering for the purpose of prostitution or pandering or,or,or. The point is as you said the PD can charge you with a string of crap the test is when the prosecutor reviews the evidence and decides if formal charges will be entered, your not really charged until the prosecutor files the information. Until then you have just been arrested, many people say "the charges have been dropped" when what they really mean is they have not been filed IE. "NO Information" is the term.---VS

I was in a hotel w/ a woman with cops knocking on door. I answered the door and said can you give me and my friend a moment to dress. They said yes please do. We dressed allowed the cops in. They asked a few questions where did you meet? Have you met before? I simply said no to everything. Short sweet answer yes and no answers are all you need to provide (you don't even need to provide these but I believe silence is as bad as guilt). The cops asked us both to leave per management request and we simply went down the street together to another hotel and had a great night.

Back quite a few years ago, I picked up a hot little SW. We went to her room at the motel next to McD's on SOBT & Oak Ridge. This girl had just gotten out of a 90 day stay at 33rd street. The girl was not high volume it was her first day in the room and she had from what i could figure out one person before me. This was because she told me the guy i seen this morning was an A hole. She is a very well known escort that travels all over Florida I wont post name here in open and if you a senior i'll tell you her name in a PM. The hotel was not a bad hotel in a bad area it was at a La Quinta in Jacksonville on southside blvd / I-95 area.

For the out of towner's, etc. You do realize you can go to google maps or better yet Google Earth and get street views of the trail. Pics are taken from a camera about every 50' or so.

That being said, if there is a knock on the door, there is no duty to open it. Could you not just leave it bolted until they give up, leave message etc? I would guess that with a visiting lady at a hotel, the management really just wants them out.

It's been a while since I have posted anything but just finished posting a LEO warning in the BP section and thought I would follow that up with some thoughts about the rules and this forum. Driving back from that ordeal I was thinking about how grateful I am to have found, participated and read this forum and for what I have learned from it. They may be just doing there job but it would be a total fucking disaster if I were to get into a mess with LEO right now. Things are bad enough as they are.

The economy and my soon to be "X" has hit my wallet really hard. I get enough left over every other month or so to go looking for an economy deal and rarely find anyone that fits what I am looking for lately. Today I find one that looks close enough and have just enough saved up to go for a ride. And damn I could have used it after the last several months of stress that I've had.

I've always been a little cautious and used the rules I've read here but never felt like I had a close encounter and so felt comfortable going forward even after some obvious signs in her ad. One for sure that I looked past was that she had nothing nude in any photos. I've met a few before with pictures that showed nothing nude but they either had reviews somewhere or ads posted in other areas under the same numbers. The number had no hits when googled that proved her to be an escort somewhere else at anytime. Not a sure sign that its not LEO but still gives me some level of comfort when calling.

Specifics of what happened are in my report on the BP section. The rules thoughts and experiences mentioned in reports from this forum are what I feel saved me from a certain HELL that I could not deal with right now. It really can't be said enough ....Read The Fucking Forum, know the rules and USE them. When it comes to condoms, I've learned, the hard way, to bring my own. 99.9% of the time, they're without one. Your best bet is to keep a stash in your ride.
Another tip. Instead of carrying your bills in 20s, keep 5s and 10s on hand. Because another thing the girls don't carry, is change.
