I don't mind paying more for quality but I tend to opt for a QV on the first visit just to limit any damage if it's bad. My regular is 1. 5 for a hh and well worth it IMO. When it comes down to it, it's a college city that happens to be the state captial. You would think that maybe you'll get some actual activity from college kids looking for extra cash but there's honestly no money to be made here unless you have a very reliable and well paying client pool.
