Some days I see them multiple times a day in the same area but so what, I'm not doing anything wrong by driving, if they were to pull me over I would tell them I lost my dog in this area or I was stalking my Son to make sure he is up to no good etc etc.

Hmm, well I am never illegal but what about those news stories about people getting busted? Or is that only with escorts? Not only that but I spend about $20 dollars worth of gas per day and 500 - 1000 miles on my car per week just driving around looking on empty streets. Plus luckily I never had any serious problems after 10 years, but last night some guy was sitting on a bus bench and as I was passing he suddenly got up and jumped in front of my car. He probably didn't realize that if he had kept running I would have kept going lol. With my reflexes I was able to easily dodge him without even panicing.

I was driving on MBR today and right in the middle of the road next to the taco bell, there was one of those police cameras - looked like it was permanent attached to a phone pole. MBR was empty.
