It is making the department look bad, the fact they can not catch any of the shooters and the frequency at which it is occuring. So they went after an easy stationary target to boost public opinion. At least that is my opinion. That or a shooting happened there last night. Have not seen any news articles yet.

I was just on my way to get gas and was curious. There was a car in the parking lot, which happened to be leaving when I went back home, a guy in the car. So they appear to be open. But caution is always a good thing.
