I am just wondering that during the depression in the late 20's, was there an abundance of SP's? The reason why I ask is because the economy is so bad, but I dont see any increase of nice looking amateurs getting into SP's. I know that after Japan surrendered, you could get a nice young Japanese woman to stay over all night for some bread to feed their kids. Maybe the nice ones make too much money in the SC's already in Atlanta.
Nope. They are different. Old Nation is just Old National Highway down near Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in south/southwest Fulton. Fulton Industrial Boulevard (FIB as it's known around here) is in west Fulton County near the Fulton County Airport.

Well, the economy actually isn't that bad... pretty much zero comparison to the Depression or postwar Japan.
When you start seeing soup lines, THEN you might scope out some poverty action. I'd say that's a long, long way off, though.

Atlanta is the easiest place for any woman above a 5 to find a sugar daddy.

Balls isn't the word, it's sanitation. When I stayed there last year, the cockroaches and lack of decent A/C were unbearable on that hot night. didn't dare slip beneath the bedsheets just on that. I can deal with the thugs and pimps, but basic comfort is a must.

Unemployment in Georgia is still at about 6%, which is very, very low. Most Western European countries have 8-18% unemployment (or higher) and their income taxes are very, very high compared to ours.
Those shiftless adults you see walking up and down FIB or sitting on porches at 2pm on a Tuesday ain't there because of any recent downturn in the economy.

I disagree. For the city to be the size that it is, we're pretty cheap. We've gotten these girls down to $50 on CL - hell I'm starting to see $40. Take a peek at some of the other major cities' cl ads. DC for instance. You won't find prices that low anyplace else in a major metro area.
Now that can't be easy for them. Think of how many dicks you'd have to suck to pay rent and bills at 50 per.

Those 50 and 40 are usually 15 minute or bj only rates ... and typically by fat, bbw, plus sized or whatever you want to call them chicks. The "going rate" for most on CL still seems to be in the 150+ range

But the fact that there are a significant number of girls offering ANYTHING at those prices sets Atlanta apart from other major cities. And they aren't all fat either....
If you traveled and mongered while doing it, you'd find that these rates are unheard or at least much less common in cities of similar size - no matter how fat or ugly the chick is. I was using these prices to illustrate that Atlanta isn't a city full of men begging to have their money taken from them. In general, the mongering community here is quite frugal. And the number of $40 and $50 ****** is good evidence of that.

Prices in Atlanta generally depend on supply and demand. The SW's in Atlanta have figured out placing ads on CL can be a great revenue generator. When business is really hot and bustling they jack up rates by 500%, when times are slow, or when there is a lot of competition they lower prices to the $40-$50 range.

I know it goes without saying, but it also can't be said enough. The way to keep prices down and reasonable is not NOT OVERPAY for poor service. And the best way to do this is to read reviews on this site and be discriminating about who you see. If you TOFFT, god bless you but make sure she doesn't sound like a c*nt on the phone or she will probably be even worse in person.
And don't be scared to haggle some of these women down just a little from their stated price. That does come at some risk that service will suffer but many of them will work with you and if you make it clear you will give them a tip fo good service, that puts the odds back in your favor just a bit.
