The range is all over the place and you do have to get a feel for the POT, as well as how you size her up regarding desirability. Looks, attitude, body, and performance. Also depends on how the POT views herself, how bad does she want the allowance, is she realistic or have GPS waiting for that 1 big whale that will give her 3-5 K / month. If they meet you, and you're not creepy, they pretty much decide in the first couple minutes if they will fuck you, now you have to decide on the $. If they come right out and say they want 700, chances are you won't get them down to 200, but 300 seems to be a sweet spot that many will accept.
