If not remove the post from the feed altogether, at least make it look like a regular sized post so it's easier to pass by.

I got the only girl available that day her accent was to thick / language barrier for me to get a name. Erika was my MT during this visit older person, not bad looking, she was wearing really short shorts which makes me think that more stuff can happen if you are a regular. During the massage, she did something that no one has done, she sat in my back and was continuously moving her hips back and forth during the whole massage, now the massage itself was decent, mostly deep tissue.
