I checked and it looks like it's only a bit over 20 minutes from downtown Delaware to Rleaves or Superb in Powell, both off Sawmill.
Superb is in a small office site with minimal traffic and 10 feet from car to entrance.
RL is more open in a shopping center, but just park in back and call.
