I have Verizon and had issues accessing via Safari for most of 2024. I switched to Chrome browser and that has worked although it can be slow and constantly have to click on links twice.

Doesn't seem to only be Verizon. I can only login on my phone using Chrome, and I have ATT. Tried my laptop with Safari and Chrome and both getting the 502 Bad Gateway. Anyone found a solution for this as of yet or anything that works? Annoying this just popped up out of nowhere for some reason. Feel like I've tried everything under the sun to be able to log back in like normal.

I turned on my VPN and the site started working again. Unfortunately I have to turn off the VPN to access STG and Tryst.

I don't remember the setting that caused it but you should be able to find the discussion by searching safari on this thread. Haven't personally seen any issues with Chrome on Apple or Android so no suggestions for that. While we're discussing IT issues, anyone know how I can get my Android spellchecker to stop changing "that" to "that". LOL.

I'm on the iphone 16, at&t network, also having problems logging in, but no problems on my mac desktop.

Whoever maintains the site messed up a config for https connections (secure). Browsers are trying to be more secure for people by default. That means we should all be using https websites. If you do not specify http: we now all go to https but the site isn't setup for it and fails. We used to always stay with http. So if you see the nginx error. Go to your url and remove the s from https while still on the page and hit enter. This helps me.

Whether it was http or https I can't remember. I've just been using the "www." address for a long time and letting things play as they may. Was still getting the message from time to time. I use Firefox and have my save cookies and history turned off. Still would encounter the problem. Would just close the browser, relaunch and try again.

It seems to be all chromium based browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave, some others). I've had to switch to Firefox as it doesn't force https after typing in the URL with or without www. Glad you got in though. I know sharing this info on the place that is being problematic is not ideal but feel free to share this info.

Blocked out for a week or so. Down loaded Firefox. Firefox works on my tablet but not on my phone. WTF? Extremely annoying.

The site is in my search history so when I hit the letter you the site address appears obviously. I then take the cursor back to the https and delete the s. Works for me. I have no problem on my iPad it's just my iPhone. Using safari on both devices. Hope that made half way sense.
