Is there a difference between issuing quick ratings and full ratings? Also how do you rank someone's safety very highly vs a normal safe ranking in your network? I noticed the highly safety ratings are less common. Thanks.

They will autofill as you build your network. Then, you can adjust them by ranking your own safety under the ratings you've issued by dragging and dropping.

LA is the 3rd place in the country I've lived long term, while in the hobby, and the only place where qv / bng is not the most common type of date. The quality of girl in LA is phenomenal, you can basically have any type of girl whenever you want if your pockets are deep enough. But the bng dates are the only hole in the market out here. I've lived in cities a 10th of the size of LA and had a dozen low cost high quality bng girls on speed dial.
