There are absolutely NO windows in this place. When you enter the front door, you will be at the top of a handicap ramp and a short flight of stairs. You must then walk down the stairs and press a doorbell to get through a second door where the lady will greet you. There are several cameras, watching you the entire time - kinda spooky.
