Sex and money for the act have to be arranged. You would have to say a specific sex act and the amount of money for that act. Then the details would have to be verified in person, not just a suggestion. Not online or by text. No way to know if it was actually you speaking. Even if your phone was checked you can always have said it wasn't you talking. RICO has absolutely nothing to do with paying with paypal regardless where the money goes. This was either a weird client, someone who was curious, a kid, or whatever. Just be careful. You do not discuss specific sex acts for specific amounts of money over any type of media.

One hint of adult. And you'll get the banhammer from Paypal, be blacklisted, and all of the money that's in your account will be refunded to the people who sent it to you.

I would not take pay pal from anyone I was not sure about for a couple of reasons.

Having said that I doubt he was LEO. If he is in a department that works this area he would have all the correct answers.

The practice of posting rebuttals for a provider when another member reviews her and that review does not fall in line seems to gain a lot of traction here. Could a place for review rebuttals be created as not to clog up the process of needed reviews. If you have already or NOT posted a review on a provider and another review comes in and you don't like it take it straight to the octagon or review rebuttals possibly. "Example" A monger posted a bad review of a provider and 5 other mongers came to her rescue with positive "remarks" not reviews about her and also bashed the monger in the process. None of the 5 had ever reviewed provider previously. Adding statements to reviews without really reviewing is pointless and endless. Post a review of your own if you want your opinion taken seriously.

My boys are just starting out in the adult world and have been raised in this technology obsessed world we live in. They use PayPal for everything because shopping online is just as normal for them as going to the local mom and pops market was for most of us. Even Christmas and birthday card come with pre-paid credit cards in place of cash. I think we are going to see the end of paper and coin $ in our lifetime. I would have rejected the Payment as well, younger folks don't realize that something's you just want private, and having a screen name dose not make you invisible unless you log in through the dark web, and even that's not as safe as it used to be.

If gays can marry, women can serve in combat, and perfectly health people con there way on to Social security and welfare on working people like most of us tax money, then why can't we enjoy our hobby without fear of legal ramifications. In Ohio they collected 300,000 signatures to put weed on the ballot, then gave them a ten day extention to fix there fuck ups. Could people across the state like us collect 300,000. Not likely because of the social taboos accosiated with the hobby, staying in the shadows is the only way to stay safe. If our hobby was decriminalized the conditions would improve for the girls, establish a new source of tax revenue, basicly all the same reasons they use for weed and the repeal of prohibition in 1933. I am not political by any means, but I pay a shit load taxes. During the all-star week they spent 7 million in wages and resources to combat our hobby under the label of human trafficking. Meanwhile there were 8 homicides during the same period in which the task force was active. This is my rant! Our fucked up laws and twistied policy. If more people where fucking on the regular basis stress level would go down productivity would increase. The assholes that make these laws need to get a hold of some of the girlsvon hear and see for themselves. Maybe Jerry Springer had it right, needed his balls drained to deal with the stress of stuffy outdated policy in the tri-state.

After a few hours he actually broke down my defenses and got in, I cross checked his number with the sister he claimed to seen, he did see her over two yrs ago, the session was fine, thank goodness because I knew nothing about that whole paypal thing!! I wish I've of read these sooner!. My issue is I get a feeling an come here to ask the pros but I don't know how long it takes to get posted so I don't stick around long enough to get the info I needed. So, I used to live and monger in our beloved Queen City quite a bit. Posted reviews and warnings on here, kept some to myself, shared some info, earned enough respect to have info shared with me. Typical hobbyist activity. A year ago, had no problems with setting up appointments.

Now I find myself temporarily back up here for work, and have reached out to several ladies ON THIS BOARD. All of whom have solid reviews, and most are actively participating on this board. But had a terrible time setting up an appointment. 2 no-shows, 1 left me hanging as I arrived to the incall, and a few who didn't answer text or return call.

Is it the out of state area code? Is there a thought that business traveler's cash doesn't spend the same? I can't figure it out. Oh well, the lucky one or two who did answer and make the appointment will be the ones who profit from my 60+ day stay. With nothing else to do, and money to burn. (I can expense these activities, right?

I usually don't trade services, learned in past can go wrong quickly, but "buyingsmiles" was a fullfilled trade and well worth it, ladies he's a great guy and uber down to earth and funny!, loved dealing with him! Wasn't my first visit just my first trade but I love sessions with him and I feel comfortable now trading services with him. Very honest guy! Love him to pieces!
