Unfortunately, while their massage and stretching are top notch, you will not get further than that as far as extras go. But for legit massage, hard to find any better.

Anna at HZ doesn't allow even OTC touching, Eva at Z Massage allows UTC touching.

There have always been 2 Mayas, both of them well-reviewed (though I like the Health Spa one way better), which might be why the one at Health Spa / Sakura goes by Yoko now, but still responds to Maya; if you ask for Maya at Health they will give you her. I would strongly doubt Maya from Health Spa would ever leave that place. When she gets way too old she'll probably work there as a MMS, which she actually has sometimes done when MMS is out. I had a personal connection with her and saw her outside Health Spa (which I think she got in trouble for) and I think she has some kind of close tie to the MMS or ownership. They seem to give her more perks and leeway than the other girls. BTW Hana / Pine / Coco Maya is pretty strict about covers IME, Health Spa Maya / Yoko will BBFS on a dime for a little bit extra, or if you're a regular.

And another legit Thai massage near 2nd St in Escondido, can't think of the name right now, Heina Hiena, something like that. I've heard that the one downtown also provides HE but not so good on the massage which is what you want first and foremost. Any one of those 4-5 will wring you out.
