And like we always say, YMMV. I've had great experiences with providers that had not-so-great reviews, and vice versa. Plus, like CK says, Jordan's been on the board and she knows that a few bad reviews can really hurt -- maybe she's more conscious of that and giving better service these days. Who knows?
What we do know is that Sarah is a gem. And just because she's doing doubles with Jordan doesn't make her any less of a provider ... or a person.
