The new girl is Lilly and is younger then the regulars, Mika says she is 21 and brand new to the business but who really knows for sure. I sat on the couch with Mika and Lilly for a bit. Lilly seems extremely shy and I don't think she understands much english at all. She is cute enough and has a decent body, but I'm done trying out the new girl so I have no idea if she is a keeper or not. Mika has been pressing me to take her and "Train" her but I politely refused. I will leave the "Training" to one of you other fine gentlemen!

She asked me if I thought Ruby and "Lilly" were pretty enough for the guys. I said yes, but I am biased towards asian women. I told her if the customers were coming here for just a mechanical experience they might be Critical or bored quickly from " selection issues " or she would obviously see business trend down because of inferior talent quality.

I told her my experience at 1021 are genuine quality un rushed interactions at the highest level I have experienced and looks aren't always the most important on my needs list. I hope she would co tinue to operate at a high level of customer satisifaction from my experiences.

I encouraged Mika to try and nurture and develop the " hospitality" aspect of the visit with her newer help that I have enjoyed each time with Tina and also Sandi. I also told her that her customers will quickly let her know if Excessive shyness or inexperience will not be liked and some may avoid coming fearing an unlucky draw during possible peak times.

I think she happened to show up at OS at an unusual time for me in early Feb, because I happened to be spending way more Dec to March than I would normally spend on spa girls, and that's because so many hot girls showed up in town during the winter. So probably had heard I'd had spent alot of time with Jackie, Nicole, and Tina as the girls talk, and she would have known these girls were very hot, and then right in front of her, I'm spending similar amounts on on Soda, Sylvia, and Bonnie, all hot in their own right. That explains the 6 or 7 times hanging in the corridor like a lost puppy, the last time totally depressed looking. I've been know to blow money on spa girls and strippers, but not often at that level in spas.

At other spas, she outshines the other girls, wheras at OS there is comparable girls, so I think that was a factor. She can definitely get a sugar daddy somewhere, but its only going to be 10k a month where she will have to cover rent and other stuff, not much more. No one will match her monthly earnings, and she probably only works 4 to 6 months a yr anyways.

Visited one of our Favorites a week and half ago, met with Ruby for first time. Dropped off some fruit to our friend Mika, which she graciously accepted (taken a page out of Yards. Book) Ruby was all that has been said here, she is a sweety, and enjoyed my time with her. I was introduced to Sandy after, whom I thought was very attractive. Love those bangs, guesss she has since moved on and new girl is here. Oh well, still have not met Tina yet. Have fun take care.

What a great place, I am not sure how there are any girls in business in BP, the girls at this place are just fantastic.

The massage was really not a massage, but I think that is how it goes here sometime, I have to go back to 1021, I had a great massage there before.

The last time I saw her I called & made an app. When I arrived I said " could I see Heidi"? Mamason took a step back with a horrified look on her face and said "oh no". The younger ones tend to have a couple of guys on the hook especially if the guy has bucks. 10k a month? These girls usually live 3-4 girls per 2 bed room apartment. An apartment in Flushing is about 1000-1200 for a 2 br. It doesn't cost her anything to live there because the others are kicking in, so the 10 k could be spent on whatever she wants. I still say you are much better off going to an AMP when the urge arises instead. An average old one in her 50's can earn 7-10k easily per month just doing HJs and occaisional FS.

I agree in part and disagree in part with some of your observations. Yes, Mika is quite concerned that her customers stay happy and return, and will often interview clients to get their perspective. But alas, she does not believe some former repeat customers like myself that would rather them not to rotate out the good ones so often just for the sake of getting new talent. When there is an all star line-up as was just recently, they seem like they have to break it up.

Now I read that they have a new young one there that needs to be trained. Mika should not be concerned with trying to get the upper echelon of girls such as you might find at OS, and continue with what has worked well for the most part for a long while- excellent service, friendly unrushed atmosphere from pretty good looking girls.

I also believe that Mika needs to continue keeping good talent in house rather than rotating out for the sake of 'new' blood. Last week when I was on the couch, Mika asked me which one should change. Tina, Ruby, or Sandy. NONE. Keep them all. Now I am no fool. This ment that someone was leaving, hopefully for just a short BACATION. I do understand that getting laid several times a day can be wearing on those tiny bodies. And I do do my best to take advantage of my relationship with them, to get as much out of my visit as I can.

The 1021 girls usually come from New York. Advertising in the 'local language paper' gets them into the program. So these girls are not sent here with handcuffs on. Yes they can leave or move from spa to spa in the system.

Ddo you per chance mean "Yumi" (pronounced "Yoomi") Yumi is tall, more a mediium build but very nice in any case, around 5 ft 6 and from Tampa, FL I believe and very good personality, down-to-earth regular type, but has small "C's" I believe. She's done 1 or 2 rotations here, one a few months back. She did GFE heavy kissing also, (with the extra pre-tip at least)

Recent vist with Yumi from DT, almost 5 ft 7 she says, maybe 115 lbs, skinny but with augmented "D's", however 8 level for sure with personality outstanding just real down-to-earth and fun, She was joking about her boob job done 4 months back " I guess I went too big" but ok with it, she thought it was funny. In the business less than one year and in america 2 yrs. From NYC.

Aside from the nice look and big boobs, you right away will notice a very melodic type voice (almost commercial voice-over actress level) Says other people mention it too. Now I did go (high) pre-tip amount as I was pretty impressed with her look and personality. But oddly enough I never tried or asked for any GFE things, was too busy doing the regular things and talking and joking etc, and she mentioned about non-DFK things ok, but didn't test it. Indicates she's a light smoler, but couldn't detect anything.

Knows about certain girls making 40k at OS, but says she would never want that many many customers per day, and says OS girls don't sleep much and she heard about 1000 food charge.

A very nice skinny girl with big boobs and a nice personality, not bad for OS.

Lineup also includes 30 something Pepsi, sort a nice look, medium build, and 20 something hottie Sasha now back again. Probably 5 ft 4 with kind of a throaty sexy voice, but she doesn't know a word of English, but ok Japanese. I did a detailed report on her months ago, and she is wild (heavy kissing) GFE with the special tip, and real affectionate. Probably wild in real life too, but fun to be with, you just have to point to things.

They need to focus on what they have always been good at and that is a complete service that makes you feel like they have known you for years! OS has a numbers mentality, move and shuffling is what they are about, getting in as many guys as possible and getting them out is what OS is known for which I think they do need to have the Ultra Beauties to keep clients happy. 1021 seems way more relaxed and the "Clock" never feels like it is ticking there, but the girls tend to be average to pretty, rarely Ultra beautiful. I always tell Mika to stick to what they do best and word will get out. For those that know me, I tend to find one girl I like and stay with her as long as she is around, thats just the way I am. If the girl I am seeing goes away or on "Bacation" then I will sample the other girls to see if there is another worthy of the title "Miss Muffy". LOL.

I called ahead and asked for the "new girl", no one seems to want the "new girl" here, but I got some feedback from another member who was introduced to her and she sounded cute. Unfortunately it looks like she has replaced Sandy, hopefully only for a "bacation". If Sandy is gone for good it is our loss, she is a sweetheart. Anyway, when I got there I told Mika who I was and that I made an app. With Lily. After a few min. in the room while getting ready, a knock on the door and in walks Ruby. Now no one in their right mind would send her out, she looked as pretty as always. A big hug and kiss and we were off. Another fantastic time at 1021, but I still need to see Lily to satisfy my curiousity.
