I haven't checked in a long time and most of the small carriers have become multi-network operators so I'd imagine Chelli is right. To be sure, I'd definitely check on their website. Here's the link:

For first timers I'd recommend Bangkok or Pattaya in Thailand and my personal fav Saigon.
Personally I avoid gogo bars. Stick to freelancers. There are quite a few ladyboys around. Mostly easy to tell but some can be difficult. It's perfectly fine to ask, just be polite and respectful. Actually be polite and respectful to everyone. In that part of the world the sex industry is different than here. Many freelancers are part timers and students who make a little on the side. Quite different than the addicts and such you run into here.
In Bangkok outside Nana, soi 7, soi 11, and outside Thermae Cafe are good spots. On8 is a good option to stay (about 40 a night).
In Pattaya, Beach Road will have a large selection. But almost the whole area of Pattaya is packed with bars and freelancers. Queen Victoria Inn on soi 6 is an old school goto spot to stay (about 30 a night) and right on soi 6. You can take a bus from Bangkok to Pattaya google maps can show you options.
In Saigon the scene is a bit more low key and spread out. I like to walk the areas between Bach Dang Quay Park and Bui Vien. Lots of side streets with blocks full of gogo bars tucked in. The girls are mostly all up for some companionship. (Let how they dress guide you) Le Thanh Ton Street area is pretty concentrated and definitely worth a walk through. Grand Hotel Saigon is a 5 star for around a 100 (Highly recommend). Asian Ruby Center Point Hotel (recently remodeled) is a lower cost option (around 25).
I like to stick to ST visits. Makes me uncomfortable having someone I don't know hanging around in my room whilst I'm asleep.
Expect to pay $40 to $60 for ST, $30 ish for blowjob bar. Agogo prices are more. They'll want you to buy a drink or two, pay an outcall fee (called a barfine, usually 20 to 30 ish dollars), and of course the girl. Agogo girls are true pros so they will run a bit higher prices than freelancers. All in gogo girls will be around double. Of course there are many options with upscale prices if that's your thing. I've done them all and personally prefer the non pros. It's like a smorgasbord try different options and see what you prefer.
If you're totally new to international, you'll need a passport. Both countries have an online visa system. Register online a few days before your flight. You won't be able to board your flight without your visa and passport. Let your bank and credit cards know you'll be traveling and your cards should work just fine. I generally take a couple thousand in US cash as a back up. Usually don't use it at all.
I often use card for hotels but everything else local cash. Use your card to get local cash at exchanges or cash machines. There are many all around. I wouldn't get to hung up on exchange rates. For a single trip it's really a small difference. Service charges can ad up though. Your bank as well as the local bank will charge for the transaction so take larger amounts fewer times. Note the basic exchange rates so you can evaluate prices easily. I. e. One million dong, (Vietnam) is $40. So 500,000 is twenty, 250,000 is 10.1000 thai baht is $30. So 2000 is 60,500 is 15, and 100 is 3 dollars. You'll get good at it pretty quickly.
Tons of options on places to stay. I've just listed a few that I've experience with that I think might fit your needs. Google maps does a nice job of showing options.
Bangkok has a world class train system that can get you close to anywhere in the city. My goto for transportation is Lyft / Grab (usually scooters). Enter your card in the app. Just order a ride the driver will pick you up and take you straight there. Exchange thank yous add a tip if you want and you're done. Easy peasy and quite affordable.
You can use your phones translate to interface. Study a few common words on your flight. Thank you, hello, etc.
English speakers are more common in Thailand but don't let the language gap deter you. I've been to several countries not speaking a word of the local language and got by just fine.
Bangkok is a bit more expensive than the other two areas but not much and there is of course lot's of overlap.
My best advice is pack light. I mean really light as in small backpack. A couple pairs of socks and skivs. A couple shirts and a couple pairs of shorts at least one you can swim in. Toothbrush disposable razor etc. Anything you might need is available there for cheap (7/11 is common and reasonable prices) so don't worry to much about bringing "I might need this" stuff. You can wash out your clothes in your hotel and hang to dry. Dri-fit stuff like under-armour is cool and dries easily overnight hanging in the shower. Avoid cotton, it takes forever to dry. There are laundry services around but every time I've used one I felt like I could have used that money for something more fun.
All three areas I've mentioned would be good for first timers. I think Pattaya is prolly the most user friendly for mongers but they're all quite doable. I guess if comes down to your personality. If you like to explore Saigon. Nana has a big city vibe. I recommend them all.
Google is full of info on various options. Hot-toc, blowjob bars, gogos, pink salon etc. Vet massage places by the girls out front. Generally uniforms are legit massage whilst tight dresses etc. Are HE just ask about what you're looking for.
