I'm new to scene in US and the decent agencies seem to insist on photo ID. That's a big no for me. Have been to a number of agencies in London and other places in EU. Not a single agency asks for photo ID and employer info there.
Are there any agencies in Chicago that have a good selection and don't require photo I'd?
