I'd have offered her 1200 per month if she hosts, 800 per month if I need to get a hotel. Once she agreed, I'd let her know we'd start off with a weekly allowance / PPM until we got comfortable. Then completely forget to ever move her to monthly.

Employment rate has been high for long-time and too much money in circulation. Until there's a massive correction or a dismantle of departmen of education and gov student loans... Not to mention it just uses regular SMS (I think) and the entire text history and conversation (including your attached pics, that can identify you from facial recognition) could be easily subpoenaed from Google. That's why I mainly use Signal Messenger with these girls, and they either go with that, or I let them fall by the wayside.
