I don't think that you have to worry.
I don't think the girls would want to re-use condoms, either. They have to put it up inside themselves. How well could you wash it? Sounds just as unsanitary for the providers as it is for the girls. Remember, girls get infections down there way more easily than we do (both STD and not).
Like Kapalua said, anything is possible, but I doubt they re-use them.
When I first started mongering, in the mid-'90s, I used to bring my own condoms just in case, but for a different reason: Back then, some places used condoms with Non-oxynol 9, which I'm allergic to. However, some providers would get suspicious, as if I had faulty condoms. Or as if I was trying to pull some sort of trick or something. I haven't needed to do so in years, as it seems they had complaints or learned of the allergic reaction that some men have, and stopped using that kind.
Oh, and about the condom in the tissue: Some providers put a little lube in the condom if they're not the type to get wet easily, or I guess if they prefer more lube than what's already on the rubber (less chance of breakage). The open, but rolled-up condom holds the lube until they're ready to put it on, and then they roll down the rubber and spread around the lube.
Some (maybe most?) providers just like to open the condom package before starting you up, to avoid that awkward and time consuming step of ripping open the package (when your wood is waiting, it seems like an eternity, doesn't it?). Imagine having to strain your neck muscles giving head until the guy is ready/happy, then opening the condom package, then turning back to the customer and the dude is all soft again. Back to the drawing board...
I've had a few providers who were kind enough to put a little lube on the tip of junior before they put the condom on, too. Lube on the inside (but just a little - we all know you need space at the end) makes for better, or more BB-like sensation for the guy.

Yes, Thai massage places here are NOT the same as in Thailand as far as getting the soapy-soapy and HE goes. However, the "quality" of the massage here in Hawaii is just as good if not better. I recommend Mai Thai Massage, Thai Hawaiian Masaage, and Siam Thai Massage--all located in the Century Center.
