I've tried the OTC "Extenze" pills, don't have problems getting hard but was curious to see what kind of "performance enhancement" it could provide. Not sure if it was just the placebo effect of knowing I was taking something, but it did seem to increase sensitivity a bit and I stayed harder than usual after popping, could have went another round easier. One pop is good enough for me though, the extra work isn't worth the 2nd payoff. LOL.

Viagra seems to work for me most of time and I haven't had any noticeable side effects from it.

I first started using the overseas mail-order stuff but as I got older it began not working as well so I finally bit the bullet and got the real stuff (generic Viagra) with a script from my doc. That was 2 year ago and, off the bat, it worked very well. But now, as I continue to get older (I'm now 70) it doesn't work as well. I get hard but I usually can't stay hard for very long. I've tried experimenting by taking an additional pill, but that doesn't seem to work either. I guess it just sucks to get old.
If you're paying $40 a pill for Slidenafil you are getting ripped off.
I was prescribed generic viagra when it first came out. 25 20 mg (I take 4) so I get 6 doses a month, 7 on occasion, for under $30 at Kroger with GoodRx.
I am now taking daily Cialis generic for under $30 a month and I don't have to watch the clock or watch what I eat or drink.
Hell it even helps for the occasional DIY to PornHub.

Get generic, and get it at Walmart! If it isn't doing anything for you, adjust your dosage up. If your headaches after, adjust down or take some ibuprofen.

Don't tell her when you go to Dr for prescription. Put the pills in an old bottle that doesn't say Sildenafil and hide them in your car.
Unless you are in a coma or is she has a Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare the Dr won't tell her what all you are taking. If either of those apply you have bigger issues to worry about than her finding out you get boner pills.
Or buy them from Hims and have them shipped to you at work.
