Of course, Google Image searches will bring up older ads as well.
Sometimes it takes digging an extra level or two, but if you run a variety of searches, you'll find almost everything. If you start going a few levels deeper and searching / cross-checking everything, you'll be amazed at how many times you end up with Facebook pages and other personal info.
