I went there last week and stopped to see what's up. I met Priscilla, 30 sh a tall Brazilian with a great smile. No rooms were available so we took advantage of the waiting area.
Near the back, closed off the curtain, and BBBJCIM time for me. I gave her a little FIA action, and she wanted me to stay and fuck her in the ass, but I had to go. I will likely be back, but it will be hard to be as much spontaneous fun. I gave her 160 and was there for about 20 min. One of lifes better moments. I actually like the rub part but I forgot all about that.
Hopefully you do not end up on some amateur site or worse like uncle LEO's desktop, there is a camera back there LOL. Also would not put it past the guy that installed the cameras to have access to them. Fingers crossed you don't become infamous LOL.
So this spot is in a touristy, affluent part of town, walking distance from the beach. Perhaps a summer time experience versus Christmas through Prez Day is different. Overall, fair value any time of year. Not a super discreet suburban MP. Still clean, not too weird with fair parking even if you want to park behind or off to the side instead of the front door spots.
I've noticed some grannies (no HE experience with them), and I've seen some relatively tall, attractive attendants. I highly doubt you're going to get super wild at this place, but for $60 for the hour and standard AMP tip, it's not bad. Point is they advertise $59/ hr, so remind them of that when you walk in, and for the location, they provide quite reasonable, fairly priced service. Massage quality has always been decent. No fluff or time wasting nonsense.
Any place for nuru near weston / pembroke pines?
Not a place to get a massage its very subpar provider was "Zaza" 30's slim, pretty face, everything on the menu but I was just interested in good massage with an HE. Did not get that instead settled on CBJ. She got naked and on top 150 tip. Good oral skills I think I will take this place out of the rotation. Very bordello vibes. It may something you look for but as got in my 50's I want a relaxing experience. These days I think its coming from providers who are 50/60+ and who know their way around.
Passby Sunsea spa and notice that you need to log on th book. Ask the lady what's that for, said it's requirdd now. So I bail out. Is anybody encounter this in some AMP or massage parlor?

A new law was implemented on July 1st requiring all licensed massage establishments to retain employee and customer records for at least 1 year. No one was sure about how they would enforce the new law but there was a significant bust in Naples specifically using this new law.

10 spas were investigated and 11 ladies were arrested all in violation of the new law. Please note that most spas are trying to comply with this rule by having customers fill out a "login sheet" but there would be no way for the spa to verify any of the information that the customer would put. Last place I visited, I saw a log that had quite obvious fake info. After reading the police reports, seeing how the police were able to confirm the spas violating the new law is quite concerning. Hopefully other counties won't be as zealous in attempts to enforce the new law.

What the spa is required to collect from the customer is full name, address & phone. Now most will put bogus info and that is fine because there is nothing in the bill that requires verification. The wording in the bill is "confirm" the information. By definition, confirm is to ensure or affirm something that is already established. The spa could look at the sign in and say "is this accurate" and you reply "yes" and the language in the bill has been satisfied. Also, they probably won't get closed down for logins as it only rises to the level of a warning. (The log is supposed to have the attendants name, start of session and type of session before the session begins).
Where they are probably getting them is with a "License suspension emergency order". The language is along the lines of "emergency order suspending the license" regarding owners, managers, providers, officers etc. arrested for committing or attempting, soliciting, or conspiring to commit, or convicted or found guilty of, or has entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to, regardless of adjudication of 19 different statutes (sex industry stuff from minor to major). Most places that aren't affected by the License suspension emergency order language should be able to comply with the bill. Its a few hoops to jump through but doable.

CCSO Lt. Wade Williams, who has been leading the massage parlor arrests, said Huiping was a "designated establishment manager" at Phoenix Spa and has been on their radar for a long time.
The legal name of the establishment is Phoenix Spa, but they were doing business as Asian Angels.
Her salon did not pass inspection. Williams said it was because customers would give fake names, and the salon would not ask for their IDs to verify their true identities.
House Bill 197 aided in the entirety of the massage parlor bust.
I have thought all along that the inspectors will not be amused by some of the clever, they think, names that have been posted on this site by customers. I would think that if one uses a regular sounding name and believable address that the inspectors will not go to the length to verify each entry. My suggestion is to be smart not cute when you fill out the form unless you want your favorite spa to go away.
I have asked but not found any spas that I visit here in Fort Lauderdale to yet be inspected.
Reading posts from Alabama and Georgia. I think they believe their states will go the same route as Florida and see it as real threat to the industry.
Outsmarting the inspectors is what is clever not being silly.
Went here on impulse. They started doing the stupid sign in sheets, Eva was not happy about it and was clearly annoyed they are making her do it. Same level of service as before though.
