I haven't been in Gold Club for a month so it was time for an afternoon visit, went in about 5 PM. What a disappointment. There were only three dancers there, all three with multiple tatts, none of them especially pretty. There were only a dozen customers there, and only a couple of them tipping. The girls seemed indifferent to the customers, I saw no one go back to VIP during my short time there. What happened?? GC used to be one of my favorite stops, there was always activity going on and the girls were always occupied. No one showed any enthusiasm or energy like it used to be there. Guess I'll be spending more time at Wacko's during my afternoons.
I agree that the Gold Club is garbage now. Used to be THE place in Jax but it's a factory of sadness now. Uninteresting and uninterested girls, bartender gives off "Better Things To Do" vibe, and nothing there makes me feel like anyone is interested in making money there. Too bad, as this was the best location for me to enjoy a cold one. They need to spend a few bucks to renovate and make that property the finest gentleman's club in North Florida. Maybe after I win lotto, I'll take it over and cater to you Mongers who like girls and want to spend money.
I was in Wackos on Sunday night arriving around 7:00 pm. As I was getting settled in I spied a tallish slender dancer with what looked to be long red hair coming out of the VIP. She was topless and had a great set of small natural tits. I guess she was a day shift dancer heading out as I did not see her again. Anyone care to gather a guess as to who this was? I know it was not Eve as she was sitting with me when I spied this dancer.

Not sure how big the current building is. But, maybe there is new management on the horizon?

The city was very creative trying to find ways to keep him from opening or at least delay it as long as possible. I told Charlie that he should sue them as they were definitely not following their own rules when it came to inspections and issuing that final co to him.

Does anyone else remember all of the grief the city gave them about allowing topless dancers when it turned out that Jax has a provision to allow for topless performance on city properties (to enable some broadway productions such as Hair).

I've been trying to catch up with her. Just left Wackos's but she wasn't there. Last I saw her she said her knee was pretty banged up and work has been hit or miss. I did see her wife is dancing now.
