There's zero signage on the house, discreet parking, and they don't answer the door unless you've got an appointment. It's been there for a few years from what I understand so I don't think it's drawing a lot of attention. Charlotte has historically had a pretty nonexistent higher end industry, I think because it's a relatively younger city and it's in the bible belt. Most major cities outside of the bible belt have what effectively amounts to brothels in the nicer parts of their downtown areas so it's not that out of the ordinary. Plus these types of places tend to be the places elected officials and what not visit.
FWIW I'm pretty sure most of the girls there offer FS pretty openly.

Every girl there seems to have slightly different rates and things they will / won't do. But everyone seems to start at 160/200 for a nude HJ. There's not a separate house fee, so I'm guessing it's just built in to the standard fee. The ones I've seen have been an additional 200 or so for FS, longer if you do an hour.

I know a few independents and a number of strippers who do some side business. I used to be able to get most if not all for 200. All of a sudden, the price I hear is 500.
