I believe there've been two recent postings on this place. In the first one, FS was encountered somewhat by surprise. In the second one, there was less. Seems to be a major YMMV.

Returned to my current usual haunt at Ortega Therapy on Friday. As I pulled up there was what appeared to be an unmarked police vehicle parked right in front of the joint (i.e. all white, spotlights on one side, state government plates, and grating with plexiglass separating the rear-seat from the front seats). I parked a ways away and watched. After a few minutes an officer wearing a greenish uniform complete with gun belt, handcuffs, and taser strapped to his thigh comes out of another business and walks into Ortega Therapy. At that point I left. A couple hours later I called my contact there to find out what was going on. Apparently the guy was a fellow monger who frequents the place on his lunch breaks. Go figure! Yes, she says he gets a LE discount! She said to be sure not to tell anyone because he might get in trouble; something about a gun and a taser laying unguarded in a room while the guy takes a shower. I told her not to worry and that his secret is safe with me. Just when I thought I'd seen everything, apparenty I haven't. And, no, I never did get any that day.

Stopped by AC last night around 8ish for a little fun and it was a ghost town. I thought they were open 9-9? That place gives me the creeps anyway. I think I will stick to some of the other establishments in the area for awhile.

Funny though that I had a similar moment when leaving the AC in Anaheim - a place which has been busted and is under regular scrutiny by LEO. J*** tells me that the guys are checking for massage licenses. J*** and V*** both have theirs up-to-date. J*** wasn't sure about the other tenants.
