Fauci predicted in 2017 that there would be a major widespread health catastrophe during Trump's time as president. How did he know that? If he knew that then then why, in the exalted position that he holds, did he not implement a plan or policy to head off such a catastrophe to prevent the human destruction that we witnessed last year?
