FRANKFORT, KY. (Feb. 15,2018) – Attorney General Andy Beshear and his Department of Criminal Investigations today announced a spa manager has been charged for allegedly promoting prostitution (two or more prostitutes) out of the Blue Accu Spa in Carrollton.
XXXXXXXXX, 69, of Carrollton, was charged with the Class D felony Feb. 8 after Beshear's office obtained a search warrant for Blue Accu Spa, located at 2529 USA Highway 227, Suite D, in Carrollton, Kentucky.
Beshear said his office searched the business after receiving a complaint that alleged teenagers were working in commercial sex at the business. No teenagers or children were located by law enforcement at the time of the search, he said.
Beshear said law enforcement has notified the local health department about its search of the business.
The Carrollton Police Department, the Carroll County Sheriff's office and the Kentucky State Police assisted Beshear's office in the operation.
XXXXXXXX is scheduled in Carroll District Court at 9 am On March 15,2018.

I've visited 3 times since my first exceptional visit. I have seen the same girl, Angel, each time. She gives a great massage and is very cute, but little else to be had. I will likely return as it's convenient for me and she does loosen me up well, but will keep my expectations in check. Curious if anyone else has had a different experience.
Just a head's up: I swung by Mickey D's today (2/16/18) around 4:45 pm to check the surroundings, and some old guy was in the parking lot taking pictures of all the license plates of parked cars. It's actually somewhat funny, considering the various businesses in the complex. But, it's about time someone tried to do something about it. Pros.
Pretty good massage and left happy.
Was made happy without the uncomfortable stop pay then proceed. Just went at it which was real nice.
Cons.
Super busy, I had to wait about 10 minutes, which is weird just sitting in the "lobby", but when I was getting my massage at least 6 people came in so my lady and the other were taking turns turning people away.
The Girl is the girl in the pic and there is a reason it's kind of blurry. Maybe a 5/10 and the other one not much better.

Just a heads up that there is now a lot of discussion about the 4 AMPs in Anderson on the Facebook group "Watchful Eyes in Anderson Township. It was started by some nosey woman who was asking if anyone knew about the business at Salem and Sutton. 40 people have now replied in the discussion, almost all women who are totally clueless about AMPs and speculating what is going on there. One of them thinks it is human trafficking. I have personally talked to many of these ladies at the AMPs and they talk about taking trips back to China or wherever to visit their familes, etc. They are not here against their will. Another one added that she had talked to a sheriff and he said there was on ongoing problem with happy endings. I so badly wanted to put a comment out there to the ladies that if they took care of their men at home they wouldn't have to worry about LOL.
One of the posters went as far as mentioning Backpage, telling where all 4 AMPs were located and pasting in one of their ads, pictures and all.
At any rate, be aware that this is being discussed and it sounds like LE is in on it as well. Be safe.
