I have not visited this location yet. A friend of mine is a regular at the BB place off of McFadden and Ward, I believe. I do know that the Main St/5 Fwy location has closed down within the last few days. They told me about a week ago that it was closing in 2 weeks and I did not ask whether they were moving. Everything was available here and I always paid a reasonable price, not high at all, so it did suck but in a great way! The Main/Warner location is terrible.

I didn't know there was a place downstairs. When I called they said they had Latinas but when I got there they said the Latina girl was busy so I'm guessing they didn't have any to begin with. The Main Street/5 Freeway joint was kind of small and the two times I've been there only 2 providers were available: one fugly Latina and a chubby Vietnamese, IMHO. I always got the V-lady and only received a HJ.

At the Main/Warner establishment, I had a couple cute Vietnamese. One was a slightly older, maybe late 30s or early 40s, named Tina(?). Pretty, petite frame and charming. She told me she sings out of a small club in OC. The other was a mid 20s V-girl with decent looks that gave a pretty good massage and speaks English very well. I forget her name. However, I do recall, according to her, she has kid, is estranged from her child's father, and is originally from San Jose. But you're right, the place is terrible: very humid in the rooms and musty. I don't feel safe in their parking lot which you must access from a dark alley. Other than those 2 providers, the quality was severely lacking. I only got a HJ from the former. LE is pretty constantly present in that parking lot. I had an amusing episode of dodging them myself some months ago and wrote a detailed report in this thread. But this week a poster made me recall the event when he expressed paranoia about driving out of a COI MP parking lot because LEO was hanging around - so I did a condensed version of that AC post which I'll paste here:
