Have attempted to make appts with several of the so-called "well reviewed providers" that I've researched here. Appts set, locations verified "on my way, be there in XX minutes" texts sent. Crickets.

How does one cultivate a UTR anyway? I don't have the time, sadly to spend combing through SB sites.
