I have to agree that you City Foot Spa is one of the best legit foot massages in the area. The Sunrise store now on Clayton Road in Chesterfield on Olive and Sunrise Store on Olive in Olivette are a close second and third. I have only seen community foot massage bed / chairs so I only go there looking for good foot massage.
