I may be thinking of a different spa. But the only one I know on a second floor had an all inclusive tag of $120 with the finish. That was without a TS though.

Saw Berta recently. She's got a really nice body and her technique is unique in that she doesn't use oil. She rubs you with her soft hands and it's really a nice change.
