I used to frequently go here, the therapists are latina, but once my fav retired I seldom go there unless I am on that side of the valley. Today I happened to be withing about 20 minutes so called to verify hours with it being NYE, was told that they would be closing early, at 8:30, said that l would be there shortly. Due to traffic l get there 40 minutes later and go in, a girl who had serviced me before says "We are closed but I forgot to lock the door and turn off the signs. " I tell her that l phoned and and who l spoke to and what l was told, she didn't seem to care, let her know that l fought traffic to show up, still didn't care, until l reminded her that the last 4 times there l saw her and that not only l would not be returning, I would also post a review of my experience today. Any provider or parlor that pulls that is not worth visiting.

Are you a magical being or something? It is New Year's Eve for crying out loud. Let them have a life. I can't believe you actually threatened her with a bad review like a little baby. I really can't believe you followed through. I might go there now JUST BECAUSE of you. I kind of want to support a business that won't cave in to "bad review" threats.

Okay, traffic was heavy, but how does that obligate them to stay open late on New Years Eve?

Not sure who is working there anymore, but the girls I saw are long gone from there (black girl with tattoos, Luz, Sophie). It was hit or miss. The place was a candidate for a major upsell, depending on who was working, so beware. I had some good times and wasted some money there as well. There was more bad than good, so I stopped going.
