Sunday early evening, DP/Webster/Garden area all barren. Looks as if the sweeps are having their desired effect, at least before dark. Spotted Jen and took her back to my place for a nice evening.

I have found willing ladies on Blue Hills available from time to time . It is not a stroll area for pros but there are semi-amateurs that are looking for extra income. When I have run across someone in need it is usually during the day. I have never cruised there during the late evening and night. IMPORTANT UPDATE: MILLING AND PAVING OF FARMINGTON AVENUE (SISSON AVENUE TO WOODLAND STREET) RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2004.

The Department of Public Works is continuing its 2004 road reconstruction program. Farmington Avenue (Sisson Ave. to Woodland St.) will be milled (deteriorated pavement removed) on Friday, October 1, 2004 and paved on October 2, 2004, weather permitting. Through traffic will be maintained by channelization of safety drums and traffic signs. During milling and paving some driveways will have limited access, however. night access will be maintained. Detour signage directing through traffic to alternate routes will be posted if necessary. The public will be notified of any delays to this schedule.

Blues Hills Ave, the last 3 to four blocks before Albany, also north of Tower Ave. Found Maria on Laurel and Niles Fiday afternoon.

I hooked up with a WSW (hell, has to be almost 7-8 months ago now) in the ashley area who had her dog with her... did the loop around the block a couple of times to make sure she was really a SW -- couldn't believe she'd be out working with the pooch...

Anyway -- I pulled over after getting a look that couldn't possibly be mistaken and she hopped in and tried to send the pup on his way. The dog chased after us for a few blocks after we pulled away, and she drew attention to us by yelling at the dog out the car window. As a white guy in the north end of Hartford, I have enough trouble staying in stealth mode without a prostitute hanging out of the car yelling at animals! It's not polite to get your customers arrested, LOL. On the up side, I suppose LE might not watch her as closely, figuring that she's really out walking the dog.

In any case, everything went off without a hitch. We found a private spot, did FS in the back of the car. She was nothing to write home about, but got the job done. Short thin girl, long brown hair, with a cute ass but small droopy tits.

Don't know if your sighting was the same girl or not, but that was my experience with SWWD (street walker with dog).

Recommendation: I wouldn't go out looking for her, but if you happen to cross paths on a slow night, she might be worth a stop.

I wouldn't waste my time on it...I spotted her monday afternoon around 4pm. I went into stealth mode and followed her a bit. She either was the dumbest, naivest white girl to walk her dog through some rough neighborhoods, or she was a sw.

She circled the area then walked all the way down sigourney to the fire station, then banged a right and headed into the one way jungle near the hospital.

Caused way too much of a scene...

I have been cruising thru Hartford along RT 44 or Wethersfield ave. to and from work at all hours of the day and night for the past 2 months but have not met any sw's.

Two weeks ago around 11:30pm Thursday night I thought I got "the look" on Vine st but when I went to turn around four cruisers pulled up from opposite directions with out lights at the corner just behind me and 7 or 8 officers got out and started walking down the middle of the street and sidewalks at a casual pace. They didnt pay me any attention and I didnt hang around to find out what was up.

I can verify there is no action to be had at VIP. This past Wednesday Night I stopped in headding back from work. Very pretty girls, skilled at teasing but no action. Responded to ad in advocate for $1 lunch special. Had tried to have the lunch the previous Friday but got paged to work. The Operator was named Amber, and I was to have Nicole a petite blond girl.
