This is all over and not just here in MA and RI. Stock pics are used. Had several opportunities to call and each time a different girl showed up other than the one in the BP ad. Once the girl was better looking than the pics, but then twice they were not. The last two were older. Service was the same but naturally you would wants the looks with it. The same goes with the AAMPs. Many of the BP ads look like they belong to the same agency / group due to the simuliar type ads. It is a crap shoot.

I always ask when I call " will I be seeing the girl in the picture?" More times than not the answer is yes, even though I know it will not be the girl in the picture. Then when I see the girl I'll decide whether or not to stay. If I leave, I'll call the number again and complain politely. A few times I was told to see another one of their providers who would be better. Doesn't always work, but it has often.

I didn't think anything of it at the time, since I wasn't interested in that anyhow and I definitely didn't get the impression it had anything to do with me personally.
