I've noticed this as well, the posts will say certain extras on certain girls but when you ask them they say no. Could be that they need to feel comfortable with you, so they might not say yes the first time, or you're just not their flavor to be open to that. Could be a YMMV kinda thing.

Keep in mind the girls themselves don't post the ads, it's the handlers running the show so they might put those extras there to get you through the door. Is it false advertising? Yes. But what are you going to do, ask for your money back? Or just go ahead and bust since you're already in the room w the girl? LOL.
