You won't see it and it will get infected because a tear in your skin is an infected wound. Use regular bars of soap to wash your ass a couple of times and then get some liquid moisturizing soap and wash after you use the regular soap. Also use wet wipes after toilet paper or instead of toilet paper and get some over the counter jock itch ointment and apply. If your ass is clean and moisturized, it won't itch or smell. Try this out and you'll be on your way to getting some good rimjobs.
