So paying the same for anything less is silly.
I would vote for $80/ hhr for a girl in a clean hotel, who is clean, and who has extra towels (a little tip to housekeeping is all it takes); for an hour I'd go $140.

The demand for the product will never fall, even if you try to manipulate the market by boycotting the product. A boycot will not work, same with the price on drugs, can drug addicts boycot or demand a lower price, neither can addicts of the girls product, hence the term inelastic, the demand curve is straight upward, if the girls decide to raise it to 300 hr, you would find a way to cover your need of the product. The same thing used to be said about oil and petrol prices, but that's clearly not the case.
We've all seen the 'run' on a girl who's got what seems to be an absurdly low price. And if the demand were inelastic, the prices would be over $300.
Would a boycott lower the prices? Hard to say. Some girls do this for extra money, for others it's all they do, and for some it's one of many things they'll do in order to feed their nasty drug habit.

I also should have been more specific too, what I meant was since so many of them do this for meds when they are desperate they will take almost nothing, usually that occurs when a guy calling them decides for what ever reason not to see the girl he's talking or texting with and didn't mean it was standard practice so ask for lower rate.
