I remember hitting those in high school and college. One Christmas my grandmother gave all my cousins $200 cash a few days before Christmas at our family Christmas Eve Eve dinner. I have been researching this add on RR's downtown Nashville private studio. In Nashville she is going by Tina. I have found same listing in other locations, Charleston going by Carol, also add in Phoenix.
Cutting to the chase I believe this may be a fake add. I have found no reviews on the Nashville forum.
If anyone could weigh in on the legitimacy of this add, or if you have visited.

Recently I watched a movie and this is what happened. A guy visits a provider he has seen a few times before because they have the body type he likes and they aren't too expensive. Private residence setup always offering "Specials". He had an unfriendly experience in the past but returned against his better judgement. Turns up and is immediately greeted with a frown. Proceeds to receive a decent rub, 30 min $ half hour special. Both in their birthdays suits, he asks if he can get a better view of downstairs. "No". For a half $ tip. "No". Any other questions asked politely he us told "No" or ignored. She starts the ending then stops and wipes him up though he's not actually finished. When he tells her this he's told it's almost another $ for more time. A whole new session. He doesn't have enough cash and when explaining he doesn't have cash app or Apple bay the provider is like " it doesn't matter" then dresses, goes on her phone. Guy dresses, leaves in silence and isn't even walked to the door. If looks could kill he would be dead.

While this test is not 100% accurate it is, in my opinion, very helpful it spotting scams. If you do go and see the provider come back here and leave us all a note.
