It's 24/7 so it's honestly luck of the draw. 8 AM shouldn't be busy but it is a Friday. You can call head or just show up. Calling ahead will let you schedule an appointment with your desired provider but from what others have said that provider might not necessarily wait around until you get there. Showing up and just asking for the lineup is probs the best way to go. That way you don't get your heart set on one provider and then get bamboozled LOL.

Considering a visit back to race st in the coming week or so. Was hoping someone has info of the nicest / largest rack around. Very much a boobs guy but wasn't able to see lineup after asking on previous visits.

With Delaware becoming a no-man's land I decided to take the trip north for some of your Philly Hospitality. Parked at the cash lot on the corner of Juniper and Race. The homeless are usually not around at that time of the day also.
