Parking, entry, and drinks are cheaper and there is much less competition to get a dancers attention. A side bonus for me was the opportunity to get a dinner date after the shift is over. I'm going to eat anyway, so taking the time to see if we can work out an OTC thing used to be focus for me. Between Follies, Strokers, Vivide, and Blaze I have probably done 25 dinner dates after they tip out and I could have easily doubled or tripled that number if I visited Atlanta more than a once or twice per month over the past 7 years. Most of those were up for a follow up date on an off day. Driving back to ATL with a round trip of roughly 5 hours was the biggest obstacle, but we managed to juggle the logistics and have a match of interest maybe 35% of the time. Even if I "struck out" I still paid the lady something for her company and 90% of the time I enjoyed the experience. Can't say I would have any interest in trying to duplicate that with a night shift lady departing at 3:00 AM but I'm sure it happens.

Usually when she is done, she'll go around and thank everyone who tipped her, so you may get a chance to get her then unless someone picks her up first.

Went up and tipped a bit and eventually realized who she was. It was the former Brat from about 3 years back. Maybe 5'1", 115 lbs, flat stomach, A cups, round stick out butt, dark complexion, pretty smile, pretty face, and a great dancer. Think she said her new name is Nashville. Nobody tipping her except two older guys that threw down a couple 20's so she was going to be busy as soon as she climbed down. She told me that if men don't respect her by tipping on stage then she will not approach them in the club. Since she was the queen bee at that moment I guess that formua works. Took a trip to Vivide today, got there about 3 PM, the one thing I always loved about Follies was the diversity of the women, and obviously Vivide is the same there, as I saw Latinas, white, black all shapes and sizes. I noticed after about 5 the dances definitely changed. I was receiving really good dances from a couple of the girls, especially a girl named Chocolate. I almost lost it in two dances. Around 5 or 5:30 I had gotten a dance from a tall, very thick black girl with an accent, decent dance but I told her I was just getting one for now as I always state how many I get before we get started. One of the black guys stopped a dancer from dancing sideways on one of the guys and I wasn't exactly sure I understood why. There was one light skinned black girl I wanted a dance from, she had nice big bouncy breast but the guy she was dancing must have been paying her bills nicely as I know she danced 6 songs, thing about that, the way she was dancing on him, I don't know how in the world he lasted through those songs as from the looks of it she was giving him a top notch dance. I definitely want to go back to chocolate. I had went looking for her but wasn't to be found. One of the guys outside said she along with several others had a habit of going to the dressing room. I haven't been in a strip club in a long time, and I've been away from this board for a time so thought it was time to change both of those.

I was tempted but decided to stop her after 6 songs. She's excellent at getting her hands on my eggplant while security does their rounds.

After a few minutes, a gorgeous Filipina named Lena comes over. Another pro at getting handsy and straddling between security rounds. She almost got caught putting her marble-sized nips in my mouth more than once. We hit it off and dreamed about heading to VIP. I daydreamed that a lot of fun was had back there. She and I hit it off and I'll definitely be heading back to see her and Lorena again.

One thing I'd like to mention is that what an earlier poster said is spot on. Bottoms stay on on the floor (at least with Lena and Lorena) and security is always lurking. I'm not wasting any more money on dances anymore. Lurking and VIP is more cost effective imo.

My only "yeah but" would be I'd need to see how the dances are on the floor to see if a VIP trip would be worth it. I think in my case Saturday I'd been better off taking Chocolate to the VIP she was hella fun, but I hadn't been in a strip club since Follies closed down, so I wanted to sample a variety. I think there's also an assumption if somehow Uncle LEO obtained your posts here as evidence against you in a prostitution sting, it would give you plausible deniability with a jury. "Oh no that didn't actually happened, I was just writing about a dream I had for fun on this forum where people post about sex dreams".

Obviously we all know it's horse shit, but it's a habit old timers got into and sometimes newer members see it and just assume they have to do it to.

To expand on what YusefSupreme mentioned earlier that the dancer told him:

WAX will close around 3/26 (Next Wednesday) for a "renovation" project. It is expected to take 2 weeks but could be delayed for up to 4 weeks. The jist of what I am hearing is they are going to add a bar to the side where the dressing room is and the dances will be in their current area. This is being done for compliance with the South Fulton issues they have been having with the liquor license.

IMHO it is truly amazing they have been open for 1.5 years without liquor. I have never seen that happen before. Mostly this is because of 2 factors:

They own the building and land.

They are not "adult entertainment" but a "bikini bar" (This allows them not to require a permit for the dancers).

The overhead is relatively low compared to other clubs because they have the building and land; The dancers come back because of flexibility of not having to obtain a permit.

The plan is to have the liquor flowing when they reopen. Not sure if you will be able to drink in the dance area or just the separate bar area. Supposedly this is being designed in tandem with the city to ensure compliance.

The "Wildcards" for me are:

How long will they remain closed? (The longer the more likely they will not reopen).

Will the dances be the "same" or will it become Blue Flame? No need to expound here.

Will there be a VIP area?

Is this going to turn into a bougie make it rain place like "Allure, Onyx, Ace of Clubs, etc etc" or will it still be a "working man's outpost" as I like to call it.

We have all seen this movie before but hopefully, this will be different (Given the above 2 reasons that make it different than most). Also this is literally in the middle of an industrial area. No big construction projects have launched here (as of yet) so there is no one for them to annoy (other than Trapeze).

I will be interested to see what everyone's opinion on this is.

Will there be a VIP area?

Is this going to turn into a bougie make it rain place like "Allure, Onyx, Ace of Clubs, etc etc" or will it still be a "working man's outpost" as I like to call it.

We have all seen this movie before but hopefully, this will be different (Given the above 2 reasons that make it different than most). Also this is literally in the middle of an industrial area. No big construction projects have launched here (as of yet) so there is no one for them to annoy (other than Trapeze).

I'm kind of surprised that South Fulton did not succeed in shutting them down. I had heard one of the city council members was adamant about making this happen. I assume they have good lawyers. It is in South Fulton but they have really been trying hard to change the perception of that area. They succeeded in closing Fannies. I had also heard they have some allies w / S. Fulton PD. It's possible they were able to convince the city that keeping one club open will keep trouble off the streets. From what I know about Wax, they have not had any incidents there. I don't think it will become a make it rain place, but it seems they are having a hard time recruiting talent and bringing back some of our favorites with all the legal and other BS. The few girls I know that worked there have left and do not seem to have any intention of going back. Seems like Seduction has kind of taken the slot that Wax had. I haven't been going to strip clubs that much lately and I'll give Wax some time.

Hard to imagine an ATL strip club with a mediocre talent level surviving without fully nude. I was a faithful customer when the talent was decent and the mileage was off the charts. Virtually all the dancers had their bottoms off by the end of the first song. It made up for the shitty parking lot, the awful drive, and the toilets that stayed broken. I'm staying far far away based on these type posts. Are they still drawing a big Thurs-Sat day shift crowd? Wonder what the odds are of them getting in a financial bind with all the changes? Most the regulars that used to post on Vivide have dropped off the forum and are no longer visiting.

VIP still good to go too.

Was charged $20 to park at upper deck and lady at entrance checking I'd charged another $10, got in around 1. 30 pm weekday. See some reports of folks charged $10 & $10, hope I was not robbed!

Talent was amazing though. Was approached my Bebe, light skinned AA after she did some amazing pole dances.

Was bored, so I figured I'd see what was happening at V. Got there around 8 ($20 to park and $20 entry ouch). Texted one of mi amigas as soon as I walked in. No response. I pretty much only go to see my regs who give me Follies type customer service. The closest to Follies would be Vivide. Try and go during the day before 2.

There was one latina. She said others work day shift. Another one of my latina friends texted me and said she is working nights. It's mostly AA but seems kind of like an upscale Diamonds to me. Pink Pony has a lot of talent of all varieties. You can sit at the back bar and hang out and just tip girls on the stage. Some will approach you for 10 dollar dances and they aren't pushy if you decline. They will hang for 4 dances and push for VIP after 8 if you don't do VIP they will leave you alone. Some guys have claimed to get OTC there but you need to spend a lot of money on a girl to get anywhere with that. I don't drink and I usually come out of there after a few hours maybe down 100-120.

PP: Not enough bang for your buck. Security is too watchful and the girls are not my type. PP girls are "regular" looking. Still hot but look too normal flat for me.
