Leveitra, same problem, Cialis, almost no side effects unless I take too much (like 15 mg at once). I don't do that anymore. As far as BPH, flomax is the best. Life without it is miserable. The combo of cialis and flomax is almost like I am back to normal. As far as retrograde ejaculation. Sometimes it happens. But not often. Orgasm and ejaculation are two separate events anyway. For you younger guys, learn the art of how to have as many orgasms as you want. Because everyone has a limit to how many times they can ejaculate, but there is no limit to how many times you can orgasm. I normally go for one long session and pop once. But if the girl is willing to give me what I need the way I need it I will go for two. And two in a day is no problem, Like once in the day and once at night.

In many it acts as a blood thinner and can definitely improve an erection. Here's one interesting article on the matter:

My current SB has in fact requested no PDA when we're in her neck of the woods because she knows a lot of people and does not want word to get out about her extracurricular activities. I have no problem with that and I can certainly understand her concerns. So my thoughts on the matter is that, as long as it's not a deal breaker for you, just go with what the SB is comfortable with. If PDA is a must for you, just add that into your list of "must haves" when interviewing candidates. If necessary, just have the two of you meet in areas where neither of you know anyone.

BPH =benign prostatic hypertrophy is a common degenerative change as one ages. It restricts the outflow of urine and semen which is good for ejaculation because the pressure is higher but bad for urination. Flomax works great and can cause vasodilation and therefore erectile / orgasm problems. YMMV I can't live w / out it. The Shot has changed my life in the sex department. V and see don't cut it for me anymore. The only problem with the shot I mentioned before is the long effect. THe first few dozen times I worried about Priapism, because treatment for that is damaging to long term function. Its a lot of work and you need the right partner (makes things easier). Much better for younger guys. At this point I have more of the opposite problem. Needing excessive amounts of stimulation to get off. The only good part of that is I can get to a peak and stay their for quite a while. Where at a younger age that peak would have taken me to the point of no return.

Overall the book has some great tips and techniques that would benefit any age man. It also made me re-evaluate the quality of my sex partners. But so did getting into the sugar word. What we think of as a 7 or 8 in the skills dept would probably be most guys 10+
