Can you please help me out with suggested tips. I know that a 40/40 is standard for 60 minutes. What is suggested for 90 or 120 minutes? Also what do you suggest for four hands for 60 minutes? All the above are for massage with HE.

I've never done 120 minutes but have 90 minutes a few times. If it's actually good massage I will tip at least 60 and I've done 80 before because I feel that the girl really worked for the money.
I have never done four hands in the US, but the expectation is each one will want a tip of at least $40 unless you negotiate before, remember it's a business and they're only there to make money so everything can be a negotiated up to a point.
But I've learned the hard way that once you tip up over the standard 40 the next time you go there if you don't feel like tipping that much (such as the massage wasn't as good) it tends to sours a relationship as the expectation is usually the highest tip from the last time.
