Yes, but the difference here is that YOU trusted your instincts.
Sucks that happened to you, but damn.
Just me personally, I would never ever, meet a girl in a room that already spells pro (to me, that's just me).
I had a interesting experience last week met a girl on SA and late night texting first day of emails I said let's meet, she says when I said now! It was 1130 pm, she says ok I'm down.
24 yr old latina, I drive to near Pasadena, she lives with her BF and has a 2nd boyfriend (whatever!) no money discussed at all, just horny talk. I get there, scoop her up, she's cute but a little softer than her pics, little flab. I spotted some dark streets on way to hers and we double backed to a darkkkkkk street with trees it was almost black as night. I put up my sun shades on all 4 windows the rest are tinted. Boom I start to make out with her and feel her up, then she kills it. She said, where's the money? I said I got some, I'll give you after, she says no, that's now how this works (LMFAO, STFU) I said to you maybe? Who's to say I hand it over and you bolt out of my car. Long story short this went on for maybe 2 mins, told her I'm not cheap and I've met a few girls and you're the first one demanding money up front. I showed it to her, then back in my pocket and we were at a stalemate. By this time, my boner was done and I could feel it was going to go south. So, I said you know what? Let's just call it and I'll drop you off, I'm not budging neither are you, no hard feelings. That was it, dropped her off and split. My gut was saying if she wasn't going to run, then maybe something else like covered everything, or she can't fxxx for this or that reason. So, close call of what I think was a semi scam I just said we're done here. Clearly she was a little pro too.
Sharing my semi scam here too, happens to us all but fxxx her she ain't getting my cash up front.
Stay safe.
AD.
And got the hell out of there with your money. Guys don't realize that not getting laid on that particular moment is not the worst thing. I'll tell you a story of what happened to me back in 2004; when I was still in my 30's.
I met this girl on craigs. I drove up to ft Lauderdale from Miami to see her. She texts me and directs me to a street corner in a residential neighborhood. Probably tantamount to what Inglewood was in the 80's. I'm like, ok. So, I turn the corner and she is standing there, right next to a stop sign. It is pitch black outside. She leans up against my car and asks for the money after I tell her to get in. She replies. "first give me the money, and then I will get in. ' strike one.
I ask her where we're going, she says she will meet me there after I pay her. Some shady story of how she can't be seen getting out of the same car with an older man (she was 19, maybe 20). Strike 2. I told her, 'wow, you had me drive 30 miles north just to try and scam me. ' she looked and me, shrugged and got in. We drove to the house she was staying at. I parked and went inside, and there was no more mention of money. I ended up fucking her in the backyard on the tile barbecue grill.
We ended up hooking up 3 or 4 more times. But she ended up confiding in me and told me that she was, in fact, going to scam me that very first night. In fact, she told me she had already done it to three other guys before me. So, I was the 4th. Which meant she made $300 for putting in no work.
They learn early, these scammers, is what I'm trying to say. Once they get a taste for success and realize there are so many SIMPS out there to pray on, they will never stop. You are simply one of many marks. They will never abandon the hustle because to them it is a game. excitement, The exact same thing we feel hunting down hookers on the Fig or any other track. The thrill of the chase.
The guy that got scammed twice in a motel room, by the same girl, no doubt, deserves neither condolences or banal inspirational quotes like "it's ok, you'll get 'em next time." he simply is not built for the game because he lacks situational awareness and common sense. He should just get married and deal with one slice of pie for the rest of his life.
I sound like a harsh motherfucker, but I always trust my instincts. Sure I've had bad service after paying, that is part of the game. But I've never been truly ripped off like this guy.
Scammers Always Say That!
She said all her SD were willing to give upfront.
That is part of the scammer script!
They ALWAYS say that!
It is meant to make you feel that giving money up front is totally normal, and you are the odd one out if you don't.
Of course it is completely bogus. Most SDs don't give up front. Only the rubes who fall for the scams.
Why don't you send him a participation trophy.
Props to you for sharing a tale that most would not admit to. I think you deserve more sympathy than you've gotten. We've probbaly all felt for scams and it's just a matter of how hard.
I might have pushed harder on that last scenario though. If you had a big size advantage on that guy you may have been able to get your money back. If it became clear to him he couldn't bully you physically what could he do? Maybe you could have turned it around and made him scared. But maybe you were smarter to show restraint, you never know if someone has a weapon.
Or get his address and go over and hug it out with him. FFS, man. He is not a child. Do not treat him like one. Not only did he not learn his lesson from the first beating, he double downed on stupid and got taken by the SAME girl, using the SAME ruse. For MORE money.
It's just a high pressure sales tactic.
