I was stupid and went to the old 31st address and knocked the door. Of course, no one answered. Thus, I went to the new 26th address. I was hesitant at first because there weren't any reviews on this place. Now I'm glad I did it. It turns out 26th has already become popular and the place was busy on that Saturday night. Two hours later after I left, I got a text from a strange number who claims to be the owner of 26th apartment. I texted back and it's legit. The text was about customer satisfaction. It seems their new manager is a MBA.
