Although her posting is listed as "active", I noticed that all the pics are from back when she was active and the posting even states she was last online in 2016. That site also used to run a posting from a young lady who has been dead for over 2 years.
My personal opinion is that the posting is there to generate traffic / business for the site and is not real. If Kay Kay really was active again you would be able to tell by the line that would run around the block from her apartment door!
